"Know it before you buy it"
My wife and I have been RVing for 24 years. Our experience, my training, and our desire to help others prompted us to start our business “WE RV Services, LLC”. We offer pre-purchase and post-purchase Professional RV Inspections, preventative maintenance, and other services. Please call, text, or email us if we can help you in any way. Living to serve, David
An RV INSPECTION is similar to a home inspection, but more. An inspection will ensure your RV is roadworthy and safe and helps you learn about potential issues in your RV earlier rather than later.
A pre-purchase inspection identifies problems and the dealer can address the issues before you take possession of your RV. With a private sale, the information will give you negotiating power to get a better price or have the issues resolved, which will more than pay for the cost of the inspection.
A post-purchase inspection identifies problems after your purchase so that when you take it in for repairs, all the issues can be addressed at the same time. Saves you multiple trips to the service shop. Also, if you are selling your RV you can share with the buyer that it has been professionally inspected.
Hiring a Professional Certified RV Inspector to do a complete inspection ensures that the unit is functional and safe and saves you time, money, and frustration. Even with new RVs, components get missed or installed improperly at the factory. You don't want to find these issues on your first camping trip when your slide won't retract, or your AC is not cooling properly!
TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE
Patricia, my wife of 48 years, assists me with inspections. She's not trained or certified, but she was an inspector for a Honda parts manufacturer for 19 years! As one sales manager has told several customers, "When you hire David, you get TWO inspectors".
We inspect Motorhomes (class A, B, & C), Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, Park Models, and Destination Trailers.
Each inspection is professional and thorough and will take 4-8 hours (depending on the unit). I will utilize my knowledge, training, experience, specific tools, and test equipment to evaluate the many components and systems in your RV. The Inspection Report will be detailed and extensive, 60-100 pages, with lots of pictures, comments, and special notes.
If you like, I can put together a "punch list" (What is it? Where is it located? What is wrong with it?), which can be shared with the seller, salesperson, or service manager.
The inspection will cover over 500 points of inspection, including:
